I DO NOT OFFER OR ACCEPT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for any handmade product.

All of my items are handmade and made to order. Each item will have small variations from the picture due to wood grain, cracks and knots. Each design is handmade on a scroll saw, so there will also be very small variations due to not being cut by a machine. You are getting a one of a kind product! I try my best to get your products shipped as fast as I can but require ups to 4-6 week turn around time for made to order items.

Each item has a description with either *Made to Order* or *Ready to Ship*
